While I love all animals, I specialize in watching dogs, cats, and small birds. Unfortunately, I do not currently provide pet-sitting services for other types of pets.

All animals must be housebroken. If there is an accident, there will be a $25 fee per accident and pictures will be provided as proof.

I offer a safe and comfortable home environment for your pets. They will have access to plenty of toys, treats, and cozy spaces to sleep in.

During your pet’s stay, they will enjoy the following amenities:

● Comfy beds for them to rest in
● Plenty of toys to keep them entertained
● Daily walks to keep them active
● Regular updates with photos and videos so you can see how your pet is doing

Yes, I encourage you to visit my home before booking a stay for your pet. This will give you a chance to see the environment where your pet will be staying and ask any questions you may have. Please contact me to schedule a visit.

I do not provide food or treats as part of my pet-sitting services. I recommend that you provide your pet’s regular food and feeding schedule to ensure that they maintain their usual routine and diet. This helps minimize any stress that your pet may experience while you are away. However, if your pet requires any special dietary needs, I am happy to accommodate those requirements. Please let me know in advance, so I can make the necessary arrangements.

Yes, I am happy to provide references from previous clients. Please don’t hesitate to ask for references or read reviews from my clients on my website or social media pages.

I accept a variety of payment methods to make it easy and convenient for you to pay for my services.

50% deposit is due upfront if staying longer than 1 week. The remaining balance is due at the end of the visit. The final invoice will be provided a day before pick up.

*Please note that I do not accept PayPal as a form of payment.

Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Full refunds will be given for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled stay. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled stay will result in a 50% refund.

Safety Questions

Yes! Yolanda Bennett’s Pet Sitting Services and Boarding is a licensed, bonded, and insured pet sitting service. We believe in providing the highest level of protection for both our clients and their pets. My insurance covers any accidents or incidents that may occur during your pet’s stay in my home as well as vehicle rides. This includes injury to your pet or damage to your personal property.

I take the safety of your pet very seriously. I have safety measures in place, such as secure fencing, regular cleaning and disinfecting of my home, and separating pets that may not get along. Additionally, I closely supervise pets at all times to ensure their safety and well-being.

In case of an emergency, I will immediately contact you and follow any instructions you provide. If necessary, I will take your pet to the vet or emergency animal hospital.

If your pet gets sick or injured during their stay, I will immediately contact you and follow any instructions you provide. If necessary, I will take your pet to the vet or emergency animal hospital. In case of minor cuts and bruises, I have a pet first aid kit to administer basic first aid. See below.
